40 ml Gin Venice
60 ml Prosecco
50 ml Select
Tonic Water
1 orange slice

Fill a glass with ice and pour in prosecco, Aperol and Gin Venice. Stir the ingredients and then add a splash of sparkling water.

Fill a glass with ice, pour Gin Venice, tonic water and add a Garda lemon peel.

50 ml Gin Venice
50 ml Prosecco
100 ml tonic water
Black pepper grains
1 lemon slice

Fill a balloon glass with ice and pour prosecco and Venice Gin. Gently add the tonic water and 5-6 black peppercorns. Decorate with a lemon slice.

A thirst-quenching long drink based on Gin Venice.

45 ml Gin Venice
30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10 ml Sugar Syrup
Soda splash
1 orange slice

Shake all ingredients with ice except the sparkling water. Pour into a tall, thin Tumbler glass, top with a splash of soda. Serve without ice. Garnish with a lemon slice, lemon zest optional.

60 ml of Gin Venice
10 ml of Vermouth dry
a zest of Garda lemon
plenty of ice

Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into a chilled Martini cocktail glass. Squeeze the lemon zest over the drink and garnish with green olives.
